The filter controller consists of an isolated probe which is installed in the clean gas channel. The complete electronic is integrated in the probe head. No additional control unit is required. The charge transferred by contact and triboelectric processes is derived as current, converted in the evaluation unit, amplified and provided as norm signal 4 ... 20 mA. Via a limit value detector the exceeding of the allowable emission limit value can be signalised optically or acoustically.

The dust concentration measuring device PFM 97 ED is used for the continuous extractive measurement of dust contents in wet and sticky exhaust gases. By means of a temperature-regulated probe the measuring gas is extracted from the process and led to the measuring chamber where the triboelectric dust sensors are placed.

GMD 12
GMD 12

The GMD 12 is an intelligent system for isokinetic dust and particulate matter measurements in exhaust gas stacks and channels. These gravimetric dust measurements are used for reference measurements to calibrate dust measuring devices. The GMD 12 is able to record independently all parameters being necessary for the dust measurement (e.g. humidity of the measuring gas, velocity in the exhaust gas channel as well as temperature and pressure).
